I really want to appreciate all the work done by Master Clean lead by Adriana and Lupita! I am part of very important construction company here in town. I can’t thank them enough for what a display of cleaning skills and communication. They truly went above and beyond the line of duty to accomplish the objective! Super professional, vey collaborative and their crew, super pleasing and happy! Their follow-up after work got done was impeccable, got it done on a timely manner!

Update: After writing this review I have since been contacted and this was resolved. Glad they did what they could to resolve it. They assured me that their lack of response was due to management being away and sick for sometime. Understandable, and now the assistant knows they can handle instances like this on their own if management is not available. Bit of trust restored and mistakes happen.
Original post: I hired Master Clean USA for a move-out cleaning to save time, reduce stress, and hopefully help secure my deposit back. The place was already pretty clean and while they did a good job on the bathroom, the rest of the house was poor and felt rushed and incomplete. The areas under, behind, and on top of the stove and refrigerator were left untouched, even though I specifically requested those spots to the cleaners on site and the rep on the phone, I was assured they’d be cleaned and that they were covered areas in the cleaning I purchased.
In addition the windows were only half done, with dirt left in the inner frames, and the baseboards—especially in corners and high-traffic areas—were poorly cleaned with easily visible dust and dirt still left behind.
The cleaners finished in less time than estimated, left early, and I was still charged at the higher end of the quoted range. When I came back to tip them for their work I saw this and unfortunately had to buy my own cleaning supplies afterward and re-clean these areas myself. I also documented everything with photos.
What made the situation so much worse was the lack of follow-up from the company. Despite contacting Master Clean three separate times and being promised a call back from management to resolve it, I never received one call. At this point 3.5 weeks after, I can’t recommend their work.

We have been using your team for almost 4 years now and the level of service has been as great as when you started, which is wonderful. The team always is nice, professional and goes the extra mile when they can. For example they will start the dryer for me if clothes are in the washer, which is a great way to save me time and very much appreciated. They pay attention to the details as well.

I want to take a minute to let you know that each week when I see your staff, they are always pleasant, happy, cordial, smiling, working hard, and very polite! Master Clean does an outstanding job for any cleaning service. We use them at the Santa Barbara Polo and Racquet club for a private tent and they amaze myself and the staff every week. They are flexible with special requests and are trustworthy and responsible. They are organized and on top of scheduling- they are friendly as well.
