Project Overview
Master Clean USA partnered with a general contractor on the final delivery of a large, high-end residential estate in Montecito. As the project approached completion, multiple trades were still active, punch-list items were ongoing, and a firm move-in deadline was in place.
The contractor needed a final-phase partner who could work flexibly around active trades, protect high-value finishes, and elevate the home’s presentation—without adding stress at the most compressed stage of the build.

The Challenge
Luxury residential projects rarely have a clean, uninterrupted “final clean” window—and this estate was no exception.
The key challenges included overlapping trades working concurrently, shifting schedules that required multiple mobilizations, and extensive use of high-end materials such as marble, stone, glass, and custom finishes. With final delivery approaching, the contractor’s reputation was directly tied to the home’s presentation, regardless of upstream delays.
Any misstep—dust reappearing, scratched surfaces, or incomplete detailing—would have been visible during walkthrough and handoff.
Our Approach
Rather than operating as a standalone cleaning vendor, Master Clean USA functioned as an extension of the contractor’s delivery team.
Work was phased and re-sequenced to align with trade activity, allowing progress without disrupting the jobsite. Fine-finish cleaning methods were used throughout to protect newly installed materials and ensure a move-in-ready result.
Specialty services were fully integrated into the final phase, including exterior stone and hardscape sealing to enhance longevity, detailed window and roof cleaning to complete the exterior presentation, and TuffSkin installation on all marble surfaces to provide long-term protection and reduce future maintenance demands.
Once punch-list work was fully completed, a final detailing pass ensured the estate presented flawlessly at handoff.
By consolidating multiple services under one coordinated partner, the contractor avoided the complexity of managing multiple vendors while maintaining consistent quality across every surface.
The Outcome
The home was delivered on schedule despite overlapping trades and evolving timelines. The final presentation met the expectations of a Montecito-level luxury estate, and the homeowner was highly impressed with both the finish quality and the added protective solutions.
Following completion, the client expanded the scope to include additional TuffSkin installations and retained Master Clean USA for ongoing weekly housekeeping—transitioning seamlessly from construction closeout to long-term care.
