What does my construction cleaning service include?

ALL Rooms, all areas (Bedrooms, Living, Dining, Halls, Laundry, Closets):

  • Interior windows/glass or mirrored surfaces
  • High-low dusting /vacuuming/cleaning including walls
  • Includes all closets, shelving, and drawers inside and out (removing drawers, cleaning all sides, tracking, etc.)
  • Dusting /ledges and all surfaces
  • Door frames
  • Door and window woodwork/frames/hardware
  • Baseboards
  • Fixtures, door knobs, decorative features, lamps, etc.
  • Clean Floors-vacuum/sweep and/or mop
  • Painter tape removal

Bathrooms:

  • High-low dusting/vacuuming
  • Clean out all fixtures to shine and sanitize
  • Clean/wipe down all tiling, tubs, sinks, and toilets
  • Dust all cabinetry inside and out (removing drawers, cleaning all sides, tracking, etc.)
  • Floor—clean and sanitize completely
  • Painter tape removal

Kitchen all areas:

  • High-low dusting/vacuuming
  • Includes all cabinets, shelving, and drawers inside and out (vacuum for saw dust tracking, dust all drawers and shelves by removing including all sides) appliances moved out cleaning behind/under.
  • Clean counters, stove tops, and fronts of appliances
