Move Out Cleaning

General:

• Clean and wipe all interior window sills, tracks and ledges.
• Clean inside and outside of front and back doors.
• Clean out the fireplace if applicable.
• Walls dusted/vacuumed and wiped down; visible marks addressed where possible. (Note: Some wall conditions may require repainting rather than cleaning.)
• Clean all wood, vinyl, and tile floors with appropriate cleaners.
• Carpets vacuumed (steam cleaned extra upon request).
• Clean all light fixtures throughout the unit.
• Clean and wipe baseboards, door frames, light switches, interior doors, crown molding, and other accessible woodwork.
• Clean garage and/or basement areas if included in the proposal.
• Clean all stairwells and handrails.
• Dust and wipe accessible vents and air return covers.

Kitchen:

• Clean inside and out of dishwasher
• Detail, clean, and degrease the range hood and accessible filters.
• Detail clean oven interior, including racks, pan drawer, stovetop, drip pans, and surrounding surfaces. (For self-cleaning ovens, clients are requested to run the self-clean cycle prior to service)
• Wash and dry the outside of the range as applicable, all sides.
• Detail clean inside of refrigerator and sanitize, including drawers.
• Detail clean and sanitize the interior of the refrigerator, including drawers and shelves. Clean and dry the exterior of the refrigerator on all accessible sides. Where possible, move the refrigerator away from the wall to clean behind and underneath and vacuum cooling elements to remove dust and cobweb buildup.
• Clean freezer.
• All stainless steel cleaned and polished where applicable.
• Scrub the kitchen floor, including under the movable appliances.

Cabinets and Drawers (ALL):

• Detail, clean, and degrease cabinets and cupboards inside and out, including doors, faces, sides, and accessible tracks. (Adhesive residue or shelf liner removal not included unless requested).
• Wipe out drawers, clean drawer slides, and sanitize.
• Clean sink and countertops, including grout if applicable.

Bathroom(s):

• Detail clean tile surfaces and remove light hard water buildup and light mildew where possible.
• Clean bathtub, tile around the tub, sink, door, and fixtures (anti-mildew cleaners will be used, but note that if mildew has penetrated grout or caulking, it may NOT come out).
• Clean and sanitize the inside and outside of the toilet, including removal of light mineral buildup where possible.
• Clean the inside of the medicine cabinet.
• Wash the mirror.
• Clean the floor.
• Polish chrome.
• Remove light hard water deposits from fixtures and surfaces where possible. Excessive buildup due to long-term neglect may require additional labor charges.

Add-ons (see pricing – not included in price)

• Clean interior and exterior windows, including screens. ($15 per window) (All windows must be accessible from the ground. Second-story windows will be serviced if they are removable from the inside. Windows requiring ladder access or special equipment will require a separate estimate.)
• Clean blinds. ($10 per blind)
• Patios/exterior cleaning. (TBD depending on needs and size – small patio sweep and mop $25-$50)

*All trash and furniture must be removed from the premises PRIOR to cleaning or additional charges may be incurred.
